At Initiative Media, Heather led the expansion of the Expo Design Center, launched The Home Depot's Landscape Supply division and oversaw Expo's outreach to Caribbean and Latin American consumers through their South Florida stores. At Chernoff/Silver, Heather conceived the Coburg Dairy ChugBug promotion to launch Chugs in conjunction with the newly updated VW Beetle. Her program led to a double-digit sales increase and as much free milk as she could drink. Media directors get all the good perks.
